There are a lot of skills that go into becoming a BEAST, but because urban races take place in a landscape constantly in a state of chaos, agility may be the difference between catching that subway that will carry you to your next checkpoint, and watching it pull away from the platform just as you're arriving.
Improve your agility and you'll be better at avoiding all sorts of time-sucking obstacles along the way. Weave in and out of busy sidewalks like a gold medal run in the Slalom. Make a split-second decision to cut down that cobblestone alley instead of going around the block. Or dodge the bar flies at the post-race party and get your hands on that celebratory beer before the competition even arrives.
