PHYSICAL

#100: Take a picture of your team and as many strangers needed to create a 3-tiered human pyramid inside of any elevator. The elevator can be stopped at a floor with the door open if needed.

#101: On any grassy surface, take a video of your team all completing the Group Sit & Stand Challenge. Basically, your team members will all be standing shoulder to shoulder in a tight clump with your backs all facing in and your arms interlocked.  Slowly lower the entire interlocked group to the ground and then slowly stand back up while remaining interlocked.

#102: Take a video of 4 total people all balancing on part of a fire hydrant for at least 5 full seconds. None of the 4 people should have a foot touching the ground, but both their feet don't have to necessarily be on the hydrant.

#103: Take a video of your entire team running up any set of bleachers for a full 10 seconds. Bleachers can be metal, wood, or any other material as long as they're actual spectator bleachers. You can run up the steps adjacent to the bleachers so that you're not trying to run up the actual seats. If the bleachers are not very tall, run up and down them continuously for 10 seconds.

#104: Take a video of any ONE team member completing the "Cereal Box Grab". Stand on one leg, bend down and grab the lid of any opened box of cereal with your teeth and lift it up as you stand back up on one foot. Must remain on one foot the entire time and can not use your arms or bump into anything else.

#105: Take a picture of your entire team all hanging from any chain link fence so that your feet are off the ground at the time of the picture. If any team members are having trouble holding themselves on then you'll need to time your picture perfectly as they jump and momentarily place their feet against it right as the picture is taken.

#106: Take a picture of at least 2 teammates holding themselves off the ground between any 2 walls. Racers should have part of their bodies or limbs on each wall.

#107: Take a picture of your entire team all completing any variation of the "Tree Pose" in front of any Yoga Studio.  If the studio doesn't have yoga in their name they should at least have signage out front or on the window promoting that their main business is yoga

#108: Take a picture of your team all doing "wall sits" against any wall with a hand painted mural.

#109:  Take a video of your entire team attempting to climb UP any playground slide one at a time while wearing either socks or bare feet.

SKILL

#200: Take a video of your team completing the "Paper Airplane Challenge". Basically send one team member to the 2nd level window of any building and have them toss a homemade paper airplane out into the air in front of them.  The rest of your team should be outside on the grass or sidewalk below them and any one of your team members at ground level needs to catch the plane before it hits the ground. Only one team member needs to make the catch, but all team members can be attempting it. 

- 1 video, all team members visible if possible  

- team completes challenge as described and captures both the throw and catch on video if possible

- the throw should be tossed out in front of the thrower into the air and not just dropped straight down

 

#201: Take a video of any one of your team members flipping a standard (16 ounces or so) bottle of water onto a table, or hard surface at least waist high, and getting it to successfully remain standing upright once it lands.  The bottle can be filled with as much water as needed to improve your chances of completing the challenge successfully.

#202: Have one team member standing or squatting (not holding onto anything) and then have other team members working together to create a freestanding stack of at least 6 Cheerios on that person's nose.  Once completed, take a picture of the stack before it falls off. You can use a generic brand of Cheerio if needed, as long as it's the same size and shape.

#203: Anywhere along the way take a continuous video of any one team member closing their eyes and reciting the first 12 digits of Pi from memory without anyone else assisting them. Just as a helpful tip, the number 8 is typically considered to be the 12th digit.

#204: Take a picture of your entire team jumping in the air while a traffic light is "yellow" in the background. You'll need to work together as a team to time your jump with the quickly changing light color.

#205: Take a video of any two teammates completing the "Quarter Spin Challenge" while any ATM is visible in the background. Basically one team member flicks the quarter so it's spinning on it's edge and another team member places one finger on top of it while spinning and gets it to stop and remain vertical. All team members can be attempting this if you'd like but only one racer needs to successfully stop a spinning quarter with a finger. For a video example of this challenge see below.

#206: Take a video of any 1 teammate completing the Reverse Flip Cup Challenge with any plastic or paper cup (cup starts upside down on edge of table and must be flipped upright). Please note this is the reverse of most flip cup games, in order to increase difficulty.

#207: Take a continuous video of any one racer successfully flipping a quarter across the tops of each of their 4 knuckles using only those fingers to move it along. Some people refer to this skill as "rolling" a quarter across their knuckles.

#208: Take a video of at least 1 teammate skipping a rock across any body of water and get it to skip at least 3 times before sinking.

#209: Work together as a team to lift any stranger who is lying on their back up to the shoulder level of your team and then have someone take a picture of the entire group while you are holding them up. Be very careful to lower them down carefully with their feet touching first. The hardest part of this challenge may be convincing a stranger to trust your group. If you don't have enough team members to lift someone you can recruit other strangers to help you lift.

FIND

#300: Take a team picture with any PARKED vehicle whose license plate contains numerical digits that add up to 10, no more, no less. So if the plate were "CF2H 5K3" it would be acceptable because those numbers add up to 10 and there aren't any additional numbers.

#301:  Take a picture of your team with any standard world globe while each racer is pointing to a location they'd like to visit. Must be an actual 3 dimensional globe and not a map or atlas.

#302:  Take a video of your team completing "Stop, Drop, and Roll" in front of any working fire station. Be sure to yell each step of the fire safety technique as you do it and make sure the Fire Station is clearly visible and identifiable in the background.

#303: Take a picture of your team with any grave that has the same first name of any of the four Beatles members (doesn't have to be spelled exactly the same).

- team is at an actual gravesite and the first name of the person buried has the same first name of one of the four Beatles (spelling does not have to be exactly the same but should be the same name) 

 

#304: Take a picture of your entire team and any 2 bikers who are actively riding their bikes. The hardest part of this challenge will be working together as a team to time a picture of everyone and capture the bikers while they are riding by. The bikers need to be riding their bikes and not just standing next to their bikes with your group.

#305: Take a video of your team and any stranger that has a tattoo while they explain what that tattoo means to them. The tattoo must be visible at some point during the video.

#306: Take a picture of your team with any sign for a business that includes the letter "X" in the name of the business.  The sign needs to be an actual sign on an actual business and not just a print-out.  The letter "X" needs to be in the name of the business and not just in some random word on a sign that's on or in the business.

#307: Take a picture of your team and any house, condo, property, etc, that has a For Sale or Sold sign.  This should be an actual structure, not just a listing in the newspaper or online and the team should be next to the sign to prove it is on the market.

#308: Find any PARKED car with a stick figure bumper sticker and take a picture of your entire team all imitating the stick figure characters on the parked car's bumper sticker.

#309: Take a picture of your team while an old fashioned barber pole is visible in the background. It will likely be a staff or pole with a helix of colored stripes and might be stationary or revolve.

FUN

#400: Take a video of your team members all hugging any male or female who is with a stroller and give them words of encouragement such as "we believe in you", "you're awesome", "you're doing a great job", etc. Make sure your video shows the stroller at some point.

#401: Take a video of your team all completing the Business Card Pass Challenge (sometimes called "Suck and Blow" when using playing cards). The first racer places a business card against their mouth and sucks in air in order to keep the card against their lips without using their hands. The card must then be passed to a second racer and then a third racer, etc, using only their mouths to suck the card against their lips.  Successfully pass the card between each racer on your team without dropping it.

#402: Wrap any one member of your team from head to toe in toilet paper, leaving as few gaps as possible except around their nose/mouth so they can breathe easily.  Then take a fun team picture with your new "mummy" team member.

#403: Take a video of any two team members successfully completing the Pencil Pass Challenge. Basically one racer has a pencil lying across their upper lip and is holding it in place using only their lips and nose (no hands). A second racer must transfer the pencil to their upper lip without dropping it and without using their hands. The two racers faces will be very close to each other trying to transfer the pencil from one upper lip to the other without dropping it. Full disclosure, this challenge will be awkward...but hilarious!

#404: Staying healthy is critical for an educator, and studies show that consuming garlic helps prevent illness. Take a video of at least half the members on your team each chewing a separate raw clove of garlic for at least 10 full seconds. Racers should be actively chewing the clove and not just holding it in their mouths. Start by holding it up close to your mouth so everyone can confirm it’s a clove of garlic, then chew on it for 10 seconds.

#405: Take a picture of your team, or a combination of your team and as many strangers needed in order to have 5 total people taking a bite of one slice of pizza. Each of the 5 individuals should be biting somewhere around the edge of the slice (so you may need to get cozy with one another), and your hands should not be touching or supporting the pizza (aka the slice is being held up only with everyone's mouths/teeth). You may want to take the picture from slightly above the group so it shows everyone's mouths on it.

#406: Take a picture of at least two team members jumping off of swings at the same time. You'll first need to find a playground with two or more swings, then work together to get in the same swing pattern and jump off at the same time.

#407: Take a video of your team all wiping the windows of a stranger's car at a gas station using a Squeegee. Be sure to get the stranger's approval before performing this challenge, and make sure they are visible at some point in the video so that everyone knows it's someone else's vehicle.

- at least one team member is using a Squeegee or similar style window device to clean a stranger's car window at a gas station and the stranger is visible if possible

 

#408: Take a video of your team all performing the "YMCA" song in front of any YMCA building. Be sure the YMCA logo or some sort of signage is visible in the background so that everyone knows you are at the correct location.

#409: Find the current issue of Entertainment Weekly, featuring the cast of Will & Grace on the cover, and take a fun team picture reenacting their cover pose while the issue is visible in the picture.  Must be an actual issue of the magazine, not just a digital image of it.
